    A1. HSPU-4,7,9,6...these felt inconsistent...I normally can do more.

  2. didn't do the run today. subbed a row because of a knee issue. Was a grind but made it through.

    A1 HSPU - on paralettes. 1/2/2/2
    A2 GHD raises 7/7/7/7

    Second row was a grind as well.

    Spent 8 hours sandbagging, shovelling and carrying. I put my functional fitness to good use and saved a client of mine from losing their home.

    Planning to do the same tomorrow. If anyone is interested in coming out you're more than welcome!

    A1 worked a lot on HSPUs and feeling like I'm geeting closer.
    A2 GHD sets of 9
    Looking forward to the team WOD Friday.
    Sandbagging would be a great WOD, and very much needed now. I can't make it - got to work all day and supervise the Spring Concert in the evening.
